Cardiac Critical Care Unit
加州大学旧金山分校的 Cardiac Critical Care Unit provides comprehensive hospital care to critically ill adults being treated primarily for heart conditions, including heart attacks and heart failure. Other patients with life-threatening conditions may also receive care in the unit.
Specialty care may include cardiac medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, heart and lung transplants, thoracic surgery and 血管手术.
Members of our multidisciplinary team work together to meet the physical, mental and psychosocial needs of each patient and family. Along with doctors and nurses, the team comprises staff from respiratory therapy, 物理治疗, 社会工作, 药店, nutrition and pastoral care. In keeping with our patient- and family-focused care, we strive to honor the personal and cultural values of patients and their families in the treatment plan.
